    Family Permit for Non-EU Spouse

Hi ... I'd like to know if an EU national can sponsor his non-EU son in law to go to the UK?

Is there any possibility of getting his visa because daughter is holding EEA2 Rc visa and dependent on her parents. If she gets married in a non-EU country, then how would she bring her spouse to the UK?

He is 30 years old. The daughter dependent on her parents and after marriage she will remain dependent on her parents and live with them so son in law will also live with them and be dependent on them.

    The Family Permit is free.
Technically it does not fall under normal UK Immigration Rules but instead is based around EU regulations.

Please do read the link I previously provided for your review - EEA family permit

Decisions are made fairly quickly if the eligibility is compliant.
If you believe you comply with requirements then it's very straighforward to submit the application.

It's not possible for anyone to predict an outcome.
Proving dependence to the ECO is often not easy

    Please do read the link
