Read it Joe - I understand it was in most papers and there is nothing in it unless he's charged

Can't be arsed reading through the link late at night ...
However, I did observe he's being referred to by the "courtesy" title, 'Mr' ... which would, in all probability, have been dropped from press reports had any such allegations proceeded beyond the investigatory stage.
On the other hand ... ... very often, "there's no smoke without fire"!

I have always thought that it is 'somewhat unfair' to release a person's name, almost in any criminal case, until that person is convicted.
It is inevitable that some members of the community will always say, and maybe believe, that there is no smoke without fire and, therefore, if the person is not subsequently convicted, that they 'got away with it'.
The newspaper report in this case says, 'the case was dropped due to insufficient evidence'. Implying there was some evidence, so Pritchard has not had his reputation restored.
