ILR does not expire as such. It's indefinite.
Maybe time to renew the BRP
Take a look here:-
ILR has a limit?? now??
Hope it helps.

Here's a link to the appropriate form:-

Do you mean ILE (Indefinite Leave to Enter) Join parents ?
I think he needs to fill in the same form you filled in when you applied for British Citizenship - FORM AN - but he needs to pass the Life in the UK Test and have a Certificate showing that he has a Speaking and Listening qualification in English at B1 CEFR or higher, or an equivalent level qualification;
OR
1.
A print out from the points-based calculator, with the equivalent level of your
degree and the level of English
2.
An English language Assessment (ELA) from UK NARIC (this will also show us
that UK NARIC are content that your qualification is equivalent to a UK degree
https://www.gov.uk/government/upload...de_AN_v1_0.pdf
..I would also suggest using a Checking Service when he applies for citizenship
Good luck.''Don't be serious..Be Sincere''

If you had ILR when you applied for his visa, then he should have been given ILE. Is the expiry date also the date his passport expires ? I think so, because - as others have said - ILR\ILE doesn't expire. As long as he doesn't spend 2yrs or more outside of the UK in 1 trip he will not lose his ILR\ILE.
The ‘expiry’ date for applicants who qualify for ILE should represent the expiry date of the applicant’s passport and does not indicate an expiry of ‘indefinite leave to enter’.

Spoke to someone and said it's ILE to join parents. Has no expiration date - even says on visa as long as parents are still in UK
