Passport updates

Well this could prove to be an expensive Christmas


After 2 months of waiting for Shey's passport we got it back 10 days ago, after going for the interview etc (no getting rid of her now )
Next stage was to apply for Charleigh's passport, so with all the news of passport delays I didn't think it would be processed this side of Christmas. Wrong, had a text this morning saying it was being printed and would be with me by the end of the week
Looks like we'll be off early December before the Christmas flight price hikes come in
Shey better get packing, we've only got 3 weeks to sort everything

Well the saga continued............

Charleigh's passport arrived as promised on Thursday Mine came back with it (I'd sent mine as prove of ID), only to find they'd cancelled mine by cutting the corners off

Rang them on Friday to express my disappointment but hats off to them, their response was excellent, very sorry and it's totally their mistake. Was told they'd get a new application and a direct address in which to send it to out in the post that day, and also that they'd cover any expenses that I incurred with photo's and postage.
Anyway the application arrived Saturday lunch time, and after a lot of running around I managed to catch the post that day. Fast forward to this morning and I thought I'd give them a quick call to make sure it had arrived and not only had they got it, but it was being processed and will be back with me tomorrow morning

I'm back mid Jan, Shey and Charleigh are staying until mid Feb
