West Suffolk, Colchester and Ipswich hospitals recruit nurses from Portugal and Philippines
Recruiting again from the Phils
But, instead of picking up new recruits from training centres across the UK, health leaders and HR bosses have travelled as far as the Philippines to encourage nurses to kick-start their careers in East Anglia.

That's interesting Joe. Mrs D has worked with a couple of Portuguese nurses and she reckons they're far better than those from the ex Warsaw Pact. St Peters Ashford NHS Trust have also targeted Filipinos & Portuguese
