Just a question ....
Hi there, do you need to transfer your "UK VISA" to your new passport??
A friend of mine was rejected for a job because his "Residence Permit" is on his old passport.
He was told that the Home Office told them to reject anyone with a Visa on their old passport?!
Thanks and hey ho! Christmas is coming sooooooon!!!

Ha! Just to let everyone know that yes its true.. I googled it last night and the rule was changed May of this year for acceptable documents to show your right to work in UK... so if you have an expired passport make sure that you transfer your visa to your new passport.. but then if you have the BRP you won't have any problem or you are in employment already..
