I have a fear of pigs, not wild boar or anything, just those horrible domesticated pink ones that farmers keep I can feel my mouth drying up as I think of them I also don't like standing on cliff edges not because I have a fear of heights (as I don't!) but because I have an irrational urge to jump and fly. It's like something is pulling you over when you look down from a cliff - the upcurrent seems to want to lift and carry you..............................

Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.

My neighbour is so scared of spiders that I said to him, "if I put 1 million quid on top of your sideboard but covered the floor in thousands of harmless spiders, would you walk through them to get the money?" His reply was, no way could he do it!

I would walk through tarantulas to get it.

It'll probably taste scrumptious compared to this.

One thing I couldn't get used to for a long time after returning to this country....expecting to see one or two 3 inch Cockroaches waving their feelers at me when the light was put on in the middle of the night, or seeing that movement out of the corner of my eye.
Never seen a cockroach in UK only Philippines also only ever seen about 4 or 5 rats in UK and they were on a river or canal and that was when I was about 10 or 11 years old never seen any since only in Philippines, Seen dozens and I was really shocked!

I remember eating rat in the very early 1990's in downtown Cebu. It was in a turo2 shack down near the docks and labelled as "Star" meat! I haven't a rat phobia. They don't phase me - see them often in Pinas though.
