Fears and Phobias
Do you have any fears/phobias?
I have a fear of heights. I'm OK in a plane but ask me to peer over the edge of a tall building and the fear kicks in. Not keen on crowds either but I can manage them for a short while. I suppose it's not a phobia as such, just a situation to avoid if possible.
If I was going to the beach, this would be my worst nightmare.
I know of a friend who has a fear of clowns. Quite ironic really, seeing he supports Birmingham City FC!

I don't like standing near the edge of high up things either....ever since walking off a cliff when I was 14.
Also hate crowds...and big spiders.

I'm terrified of flying cockroaches. I don't have a problem with it walking/crawling on the floor and walls, but flying, I always scream when it does!

That unnerves me too Rayna.
One thing I couldn't get used to for a long time after returning to this country....expecting to see one or two 3 inch Cockroaches waving their feelers at me when the light was put on in the middle of the night, or seeing that movement out of the corner of my eye.

I've not got any really - maybe heights if anything.
My neighbour is terrified of spiders. I said to him if there was 1 million quid in a packet at the end of your room and all you had to do was walk across the floor (except I had covered the floor in non poisonous spiders) could you get the money?
He was adamant there is no way on this earth even if it was Ł20,000,000
He said he would not be able to move!
I would do it if you included poisonous spiders
I am one day going to get a toy lifelike spider (Tarantula style) and fix it above his front door and chat to him and casually point it out
Sorry, I can't help myself - it has to be done!

Hahaha..my mum would always tell me and my sister off everytime she would hear both of us screaming and running/jumping upstairs because of flying cockroaches (they usually come out a lot before it rains!). She said it seems like someone's gonna kill us!

Heights and crowds but love flying!

Heights give me the heebie jeebies, also. Snakes, likewise!
Never keen on swings or roundabouts either ... as the mere thought of them was apt to trigger motion sickness with me ... even as a small kid.
