Flights: Clarke Airport - Boracay
Hi gang,
I'm getting married in Jan 2015, and we wish to spend our honeymoon in Boracay.
Clarke airport is most convenient for us, so just wondering if anyone knows if there is a flight to Boracay from Clarke Airport?
Thanks,
Ed

I flew from Clark to Kalibo in 2012 with Tiger Airways (cost £12 on a promo). I think Tiger are still flying that route.
It is roughly a two hour journey via road/sea to Boracay from Kalibo, though.

When we flew to Caticlan you could only take a couple of kilos hand baggage and they put both passengers and bags on the electronic scales. Personally I'd avoid Boracay

Can't fly to Caticlan from Clark, Ded. Has to be from Manila if you choose that route!

Ah ok that's where we flew from. On the flight back to Manila there were a couple of cheaplaugh filipino families making a lot of noise and disgracing themselves - reinforced my anti-Boracay feelings, they wouldn't have looked out of place in Blackpool or the Costa del Sweat

Looking at the Cebu Pacific Website now I can see they are still flying out of Clark to Kalibo.

Someone I know comes from Boracay and even he said its not nice any more as there are too many people and it has been ruined now by the type of people visiting. Personally, I have never been, but he put me off it. Was there a reason you chose there?

They were also offering promo for Clark-Caticlan flights back in July:

But the comments say it never happened - as I posted recently - they are now offering Clark-Manila flights, so you can actually book Clark-Caticlan flights with stopovers in Manila

All bookings after October 1 will include Terminal Fee PHP550 for international flights - not sure if this applies to all airports in Philippines that have international flights or applies to all airlines flying to/from Phils - check when booking flight
