    You can get frozen Tilapia in a few Chinese stores. We can get it in Liverpool, along with a lot of other Asian fish.

    Had Shredded Wheat every week of my life Peter, whilst living in Philippines I found it in Robinsons also never had any desire to even try foreign food because of the look of it. I love English food and I eat in moderation I've never weighed more than 11 stone 10 pounds, as a child was brought up on Malt & Cod liver oil, various cereals, Kippers, Finny Haddock, Tripe and onions, all roast dinners with Yorkshire Pudding, Rice pudding, etc, on Sunday was allowed 1 little square of Cadburys dairy milk chocolate that was my weekly treat. Good old days and very happy days!
