So this lady counted 400,000 votes the difference btw the no and yes total votes , i think she would need a bigger desk

There is no proof whatsoever! Surely the person filming just needed to point anything amiss to the officers there.

I wonder if the ones on the table were counted before they were put on the table so it wouldn't matter which table they were placed on

If they had not been counted yet, then who ever was going to count the batches on the table would have noticed some were in the wrong pile, unless they were also in the 'conspiracy'
