Why are they the worst jobs, I would have thought the one's listed worst were good jobs, I know Steve hates is job at the moment because he's dying to retire but I lived for my job when driving and really loved it!

Michael the wages are really bad now for HGV drivers, lots of companies are paying min wage and making up with bonus which can be taken if the jobs are not done, the only way to make money now driving is overtime, but you are limited to how much overtime you can driving, tramping is where the money is but who fancies being out 5 days a week, only the foreigners do that sort of thing now

I know exactly what you're saying Steve and I agree with you, but the reason I singled you out is because when you have a great future lifetime plan with a beautiful woman (Em's) it sort of makes you hate your job more than you really do!

Easy big money at taxpayers' expense !

Probably most are self-employed so doesn't really count as a 'job'. Same with some of the others listed in the best jobs.
Actually they are running businesses or are partners in the business (Dentist, Actuary, Lawyer, for example).

I did the same in sales for many years...self-employed agent.

You then control your own income and work conditions, for better or worse.

Eastern Europeans have killed the salaries on most normal jobs
They are happy to work for peanuts as most companies now appreciate

I am just lucky to have a job that an Eastern European cant learn and do in couple of weeks!

I dont see where this list is from ? probably made up by the same people who work out the average Wage and say its allegedly £26500 (2012 figure). I personally dont know anyone who earns the National Average wage.

How was the list presented to people to decide Im guessing a multi choice question saying what job would you like to do, and thats where Miners come out on top of least favourite, but how an Electrician and Journalist come into that list i have NO idea. The Favourite jobs look to me to come into the same category as being a Steam Train engineer/driver lots of years ago, and as the average wage figure seem to have little truth in reality.

However like many have said, The European issue of Immigrants bringing and keeping salaries down is one of the biggest problems the general public in the UK are facing, housing overcrowding is another big problem facing the UK in years to come which will be a spin off from the European Issue, i have heard of many instances of European Immigrants living 6/8 people living in a 2 bedroom house, thereby ensuing they dont have the same housing costs of a typical bread winner in a family, they can accept the minimum wage as the housing costs are minimal compared to a family trying to exist on £6.31 an hour.

True, those in government have their heads firmly buried in the sand over the effects of all this recent mass migration...causing expense and inconvenience to all of us on a daily basis, as well as adversely affecting in every way the lives and prospects of our children and their presumed 'birthright'.
