Just got news our friend Naneth got her ILR approved!
Thank God! She's just awaiting her Biometric Residence Permit
Another victory to us v the Government

Good news! So she didn't have a problem with her visa being expired by 2 days

I was worried in case they would refuse.
It's very satisfying when you can help a friend get their ILR. This site has been a great help also - because the other users helped me too.

... and remind her if she goes back to the Phils not to stay outside the UK for 2 years or more in one trip or she will lose her ILR

Once again guys, thanks for your input and advice and if anyone ever needs help and support with their application myself and my wife are always willing to help because others here helped us.
