"Settlement Spouse/Civil Partner (KOL REQ)" - Docs required when applying for ILR
Hi all,
Just a quicky really. My wife has her "Settlement Spouse/CP (KOL REQ)" visa and has now passed the KOL.
I have filled in form SET(M) but want to verify that the only additional document required (except for passports/pictures) is her KOL pass certificate and there is no need for financial and accommodation evidence again?
I was told this was the case a few months back by someone at UKBA, but I have more faith in the experiences and knowledge of forum members here.
Please note this is is a "Settlement spouse/cp (KOL REQ)" visa granted as we were married for more than 4 years living outside the UK prior to applying for the visa. It's an old visa route that is now closed, requiring my wife only to pass KOL before applying for ILR, no probation period required.
Thanks for any help.
Craig
