Can you please write in proper English, not 'text-speak' ?
Then you may receive more replies.

As most of the people here already know that making an appointment means you are 'all set' in submitting your application. I also had a hard time booking an appointment online. Got stuck with the payment method but eventually it went through. Just give it a little more patience. It would also be of great help if you're doing it together with your loved one
