Certificate of Entitlement advice needed
Having settled back in the UK, my wife and 2 year old son have gone back to Phil's to apply for her Spouse Visa. Stupidly, I didn't arrange my son's passport while he was here for 6 months.
I see on the Embassy website that passport applications overseas are taking a minimum of 4 months and I was advised that it may be best to apply for a Certificate of Entitlement for my son. Has anyone else done this in Phils, or know the process or even the processing times??
Any advice would be great...
