FLM Question.
My wife has been granted her visa which is valid until 2017, my question is when do I have to apply for FLM? Most paces I'm looking say after a year which contradicts the 2017 validity.
Thanks,
Dan.

I believe if your wife has arrived in the UK with a spouse visa, it is valid for 33 months from th date it was issued. Your wife will need to be in the UK for 2.5 years ( 30 months ) in other words 30 months from day she arrives to the UK. You need to apply for FLR 28 days before the 30 month expiry date.
That gives you time to sort out those joint accounts and save some more money.
Make the most of a year or so "form filling" free time
