Have you experienced this with Smart?

I am using a prepaid broadband using Smart plug-it. During the day, I can't connect to the internet. It always says 0 mbps and I've been using this for a week now; this is new. I can only connect at night time.

This is very inconvenient. Can anyone recommend any other internet connection?

    Hi Marsha,

We have the same internet provider but am having postpaid internet sim. Anyway, have u tried calling Smart's customer service hotline? If not yet, pls do. They can check the prob why ur connection is like that. Make sure u got the broadband sim number ready as they will ask that to trace ur net connection. Hope that helps

I called them a couple of times and it was like a day out at Billy Smart's circus.

Geeez!!! Not good eh?! I have tried Globe postpaid before but I don't get good signal for I live up hill, but when I go to town I do get 3g. Based from my experience u can get good signal depending on ur location. I don't use plug-it btw, I am using pocket wi.fi for it is very handy and u can put it anywhere like on top of the window just to get good signal and can accommodate 3-10 users depending on pocket wi.fi model.

Another option, why not try asking few ppl in the area what internet provider gives good connection? That's what I did before and it helps a lot.

Now am happy with Smart with 3g connection
