After ILR or After Citizenship?
Hello Everyone,
I have applied for my ILR by post last week and now just waiting for the result of the application.
I am thinking about changing my passport name, from my maiden name to married name. When is the best time to do it, after I receive my ILR or just after the citizenship? I know it would take a couple of months or more in renewing a passport, same as changing name of the BRP...but I feel like changing my name into my married name first before going on for the citizenship but before deciding officially, I want to know your views... What do you think?
My 3 year anniversary in the UK is on December 23, 2014 and I believe I can apply for citizenship after that.
