Question Two B-2 Spirit stealth bombers arrive in UK

Obviously they don't appear very stealthy as we know they are here!

Eh? If they were stealthy we would not know they are here.

Admittedly not my best attempt at humour.

Not stealth but I remember in 1999 at about 2.30am getting woken up by 2 x B1B Lancer bombers after the ATC let them do a high speed pass over a deserted Heathrow on their way back to Fairford after bombing Belgrade. Awesome noise

I'm all for that, but what a useless bloody Army they have got.

First sign of trouble and they leg it!

There again fairly close to Italy I suppose

Thank goodness Uncle Sam still has the means to apply the big stick. Let's hope they have the will to do so on this occasion.

This is how the Royal Navy lined up in 1914 !:-

18 modern dreadnoughts and a further 6 under construction
    10 battle cruisers
    20 town cruisers
    15 scout cruisers
    200 destroyers
    29 battleships

A further 150 cruisers that had been built before 1907
