ADVICE PLEASE FOR MY FRIEND's CHILD
Hi everyone
I just like to ask an advice for my friend..
Her daughter is here in the U.K on a family visit visa.Is it possible for her daughter to apply in here to settle or does she have to go back to the Philippines? My friend is now a British Citizen. Her daughter has been staying here now for 4 months and decided to stay.My friend has sole responsibility for her and they meet the financial requirement.
Any advice would be much appreciated...Thank you.

No, she can't change from a visit visa to a settlement visa. Her daughter must return to the Philippines and apply there.
