on fiance Visa process and 1month pregnant
Hi everyone I'm new here and I would like to ask anyone who knows the answers for my questions
1. I'm a Filipina and me and my fiancé are filing for fiancé visa but we just found out that I am one month pregnant. We're still collecting the requirements and hopefully by the 1st week of July we can submit all the documents to the agency so they can start the process.
They said it would take 3-5 mos and if I can get my visa after 5 mos I'm already 8 mos pregnant. Can I still travel to the UK?
2. Which is better for my case? We will proceed with the fiancé visa (which I think is too risky) or get married here in Phil asap and file for Spousal Visa and deliver the baby here by January??
3. One of my requirements is a TB test in Manila. I'm wondering if I can have it while I'm pregnant. Isn't it harmful for my baby? Or can I just request for a blood test instead of an x-ray?
Thank you in advance for your reply.. God bless us all!
