Maybe you've just been lucky les , you don't know when you join a company what they are really like, they don't tell you at the interview, don't work for us, were a bunch of do they?

You, or anyone else is more than willing to come, have a look round and ask anyone who works for me if they think they're being paid fairly and are happy with their monthly bonuses

The only person in the company that hasn't had a bonus recently is me

If what you says is true, you think all companies are like this , if so there would be no need for unions then, so why are they still here then?? No need for a minimum wage, no need for employment tribunals (I've had to take 2 employers to a tribunal and won each time).
