Vicar’s anger as two friends are refused entry to UK

“Applicants must provide evidence to show they meet the requirements of the UK immigration rules, including personal and financial circumstances.”They say that the Jains have not provided enough information of their personal and financial circumstances, and that Mr Lindop has not supplied information to prove that he could afford to shoulder their costs.
Visit visa's can be problematic as decisions are made on 'balance of probability', intention and ECO discretion.......it's so important to submit appropriate strong and solid supporting documentation.
Visa's cannot be granted on implied integrity based on being a Vicar or an MP. IMO

... apart (obviously) from the likes of the "Reverend" Flowers and/or shameless clergy who (knowingly) conduct ceremonies for illegal immigrants ... one cannot compare the average vicar with those two scallywags.
However, I'll grant you, a lot fewer MPs are quite so trustworthy.
