2 Dutch nationals attacked here in Bacolod

Dutch citizens sitting outside a sari store were set upon last week, 1 a 51 year old died on the way to hospital the other in his 60,s survived but badly wounded and is still in hospital. This happened just a stones throw from me, apparently the boyfriend of one of the Dutchmen,s live in partner found out she was seeing the foreigner, so the 42 year old attacker decided to attack both of them. The guy who died had just finished building a house here, but he has not lived to see the fruits of his labour.
