I try and speak to most filipinos I meet in Derby whether I know them or not. I recently met a lady who works in Aldi but at first I wasn't sure if she was filipino or not, so I had to ask her just to make sure.

It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see.

Maybe I'm naively romantic, but I do believe that spice and excitement doesn't stop once a couple gets together.

I have been seeing this Pinay who always walks her 2 poodles around the village, she's friendly to everyone except me Two days ago hubby and I passed by her and ofc I had a big smile waiting for her to look at me but instead she looked away and made a snobby mouth gesture. Sad that my hubby saw it and he is puzzled of her reaction. Oh well, I will give her an fiery eyebrow next time I see her because she deserves it.
This wife.. has an amazing husband.

Poodles are a pathetic excuse for a dog, probably sums her up

I think it says a lot about UK based Filipina's who remember their roots and don't act snobbish to fellow Pinays.
