Nice pictures and the beach doesn't look crowded
Was supposed to go there in 1993 but we had an appointment with Mr San Mig the night before and missed our flight

Nice photo's Alan thanks for sharing...I love the special sunsets from the beach in Boracay and have taken so many photos myself.
Despite the increased commercialism and crowds it's always a lovely place to visit for us.
What were your lasting impressions of Boracay Alan?

Thanks for the comments I liked Boracay, my company was great, and I would return there ! Parts of it were very peaceful, like the north end of Station 1 :-
Elsewhere was certainly busy, not “ typical “ of the Philippines, and I can understand why some would not like that, although we didn't find eating out too expensive :-
… It WAS Chinese New Year, after all :-

Thanks for sharing the pics - certainly brings back really happy memories!
We are heading to the Phils in May and I wanted to try somewhere different so heading to El Nido for a beach break, but Rina is still keen on a trip to Boracay, Tagaytay, Iloilo and Kuala Lumpur in 12 days! I dont think we will be relaxing too much..

Thanks Tone I wish you and Rina well for your trip in May
I've been to Tagaytay, and worked in Kuala Lumpur for a year many years ago .
