    Exclamation Dilemma, suggestions?

Hi guys, I would just like to ask your opinions, suggestions about this.

as I have mentioned to some of my posts, my fiance has a 5 year old daughter who is not in his full custody, but every other day he always pick her up to spend time with him, he also supports her financially every month. It is clear to me that we have to declare his daughter with this application for fiance visa because of the form but as much as possible both of us do not want to involve the kid to the complication of this process (though it wont harm her). It is also clear to me that it is better to include her birth certificate as one of my supporting documents (if my fiance's was really declared as her father on her birth cert)

His kid and I talk on the phone, skype (i have screenshots) and my fiance has a picture of her holding a ginger bread with my name and told me that his daughter made it for me. Me and his kid has a good bonding online, my questions are: Should I need to print those pictures and include those to my supporting documents? My dilemma is, if I will include those should I also include something as proof that my boyfriend and ex gf already ended their relationship? They were not married but my boyfriend lived with her for 6 months and it was 5 years ago and also they don't have any legal joint properties.

as on UKBA one of the requirements for fiancee visa:

-any previous relationship must have permanently broken down

    Any opinion about this?

The issue of the birth certificate has been covered in a previous post.

There is no requirement to include any further details on your bf's daughter other than the couple of questions on the Financial Requirement appendix.

May I kindly suggest that for Fiancee Visa application you focus on:-
    - Financial Requirement
    - Evidencing relationship is genuine and subsisting
    - Your intention is to enter the UK to allow your marriage to take place
    - You and your partner intend to live together permanently in the UK

If you haven't already done so then review this forum thread All New Guide - How to apply for a Fiance Visa as it will hopefully give a good background for you both.

It's crucial that your fiance also understands the requirements....after all most of the supporting evidence will need to come from his side as the sponsor.

I guess both of us are confident with the financial requirements and also the accomodation. I am glad tho that he is very cooperative with this and I am reviewing all of the posts regarding the requirements. I am just a bit traumatised with the evidence of proving our relationshipwhich is really genuine and subsisting because it was one for the reasons why my marriage visitor visa but I guess It was also my fault as I just included 5 photos of together, just that. So now I am really collating all the evidences we have on hand.
How about these two? Any suggestion which evidence we can give about this?

-Your intention is to enter the UK to allow your marriage to take place
    - You and your partner intend to live together permanently in the UK

Do you think including our plans together in our cover letter are enough as evidence to meet that requirement?

My boyfriend will also sign me up with a year contract to the gym where he works out, you think it can be included?

Here are some of the documents I have listed so far:

    Applicant:

    VAF4A form

    TB Screening

    Identification:

Sponsor's gift thru postal with stamps
agoda hotel booking confirmation (november vacation)
    letter from my mom
    pictures together
    cover letter (applicant and sponsor)
flight booking (one way for applicant)
Sponsor's mom's card that was sent to me on christmas

    Sponsor:

Letter from Land registry (he will calll them to request)

    pictures of the apartment

    Relationship:

    Letter from the sponsor
Cards from me that i sent thru post
    Letter from Katherine (sponsor's sister)
receipt of the ring (if he can still find it)
    Provisional Booking for the Wedding
    Provisional Booking for Wedding Lunch

Since we applied marriage visitor visa this January, I already have some of his documents, which were issued January 2014 eg bank statements, his certifcate of employment, payslips and his mortgage details. Are they still fine to use? And we just have to add some? especially the bank statements and payslips I will make it up to date and ask him for january february months? Because I can only submit all of these probably by mid March?

I am just worried with his certificate of employment as it was issued january 10 2014. You think I should get an updated one from him?

Hello Jentobeharrison! Is it really necessary to have the certificate of employment, payslips 6months and letter of compensation as part applicant's docs? I thought this is only for the sponsor? Please enlighten me with this? I'm confused

Hi dear, the key thing about supporting doucments is; whatever your answers on the form, it should be supported by the documents that you will be submitting. They said, employment or financial stuff of applicants is not really necessary in settlement visa if your sponsor passes the financial requirement.

So, I would ask you this, are you employed? If you are and you will mention it in your application, you should support it by means of submitting your employment documents.

In my case, I am employed, and in VAF4A, I answered "YES" to the question "Are you employed?" so I submitted my 6 month payslips, certificate of employment, certificate of compensation, bank statements (so they would see my income from my company goes straight to my bank account), bank certificate.

Those are the evidences to prove that my answer on va4a is true.
