Steve, ... just a thought ... you were certainly "Walking the Line" yesterday - the line between 'riches and poverty' - the former when you discovered your unexpected "windfall" accumulated from two months' freedom from Council Tax ... and the latter in facing the real prospect of "bankruptcy" as a consequence of the decision to switch on your heating so's you could watch that film in comfort at home, last night.

well said Arthur, but this has been taken care of, the kids board has gone up after a 2 year freeze, that should fend off the bankruptcy for a few more years
