i tried before from philippines to uk and i use moneygram ... and can be collected in post office here in uk

I will be using Bank of the Philippine Islands for all my bank to bank transfers...i got an account in ph and one here in UK

Are you sure??...you need to consider the selling rate not the buying rate
I checked and its 0.014 PHP to a GBP

0.014 is the equivalent to 71.4, with the official exchange rate at 73.5 or thereabouts it could be that you're both right, 71.4 buying and 76 selling

checking now. for moneygram its Php15472 = 200 GBP which is 77.36/pound.
