    Advice needed...

    Hello All,

Please could anyone tell me how long I have to be out of Philippines before I can go back on the 30 day waiver.
I was there May 4th until May 25th 2013 without a visa and planning to go back on May 3rd 2014 for three weeks visiting my fiance.
My work stops me staying any longer so shouldn't need a visa.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Steve

I believe you can go back as many times as you can afford as long as you dont overstay the date on your visa,

Thanks for the quick reply, that's what I was hoping.
My fiancé is half way through her annulment from her husband and her work commitments stop her from applying for a visa to come to UK at the moment.

    Thanks again

    Steve

Same here, I do love it there. Retiring over there is something we have briefly discussed
