    Globe telecom affected in central Cebu

    My fiancée's phone and internet has been down for 2 days now :(.

    The people in her compound are also affected.

    PLDT appears to be working OK. It seems to be affecting globe telecom only.

    There was a power cut yesterday morning there but that was resolved fairly quickly.

    Not sure what's happening or how many are affected right now.
