i hope he gets some compo, then maybe the gov will start to deport people instead of holding them, again May why dont you deport them and let them appeal from their own country
A man who broke his spine when he deliberately ran headlong into a brick wall while in detention awaiting deportation has launched a High Court damages action.

Germs - they should be detained incommunicado with no access to lawyers, phones etc until they are put on a plane

Anyway it's likely Joe & Andy will be voting for the party that got us into this mess 1998 Human Rights Act swiftly followed by 12 years of mass uncontrolled immigration
