    basic and then there is crap

    looking at a few videos of places to rent over in the phils and i am thinking wow my garden shed looks better then that, yes it may be bigger but there has to be a limit to what we could live in i am sure,
    You could make it better but surely if you are renting you are only improving it for the owners not yourself,

    you make an agreement in the rental contract, that any improvments you made. ie materials used to improve (can be toilet, kitchen sink, partition walls,plyboard ect, is yours and when you leave you take it with you,

    the other option, agreement that the costs of improvments are deducted from the rent

    Normally, the improvements you make on the rented house will be left behind to the owner. I suggest that you dont do major renovation or improvements if you will just rent a property.

    Lolita took out all she had put in herself from her previous rented house, sink, waste pipes, plyboard ceiling pannels,door screen on external door, ect ect
