    An illegal immigrant who should have been deported in 2006, but was temporarily allowed to stay in the UK because he had a wife and children, went on to rape a woman in Northampton, a court has heard.

    it doesn't affect his family they have a choice to go with him or stay in the UK, he should be deported thou.

    Thanks Joe - it is good news but his legal aid funded lawyer will be visiting him in jail later to set out the 10 year timetable of Human Rights appeals
