Yes through tax I would imagine but as usual you got your facts wrong Joe,you blame the thatcher government for removing free school milk when it was in fact Labour
And I quote

anyway, so its ok for me to pay and not your parents (oh i pay tax to, so I've paid twice )
come on les, yes they stopped it for 11 to 18yrs old, but they didn't need it as much as a under 11yr old, and that's what thatcher the milk snatcher did, took it away from those who needed it most

In a modern day society like we have now have you seen how fat the kids are
Maybe after the war it was valid but not in modern day Britain,how many of the kids who lost out on free milk have suffered-bugger all a stupid myth.
