Yes through tax I would imagine but as usual you got your facts wrong Joe,you blame the thatcher government for removing free school milk when it was in fact Labour
    And I quote
" The biggest “milk snatchers” were Labour. In 1968 they took free school milk away from all 11 to 18 year olds. The Conservatives did not dub Harold Wilson a milk thief, but accepted this economy as part of the package to cut the excessive borrowing of that Labour government. No subsequent government, including the Labour governments of 1997 to 2010 thought free school milk worth reintroducing"

    i think we've been thru this b4

anyway, so its ok for me to pay and not your parents (oh i pay tax to, so I've paid twice )

come on les, yes they stopped it for 11 to 18yrs old, but they didn't need it as much as a under 11yr old, and that's what thatcher the milk snatcher did, took it away from those who needed it most

In a modern day society like we have now have you seen how fat the kids are
Maybe after the war it was valid but not in modern day Britain, how many of the kids who lost out on free milk have suffered-bugger all a stupid myth.
