SEC 3 PARENTS RESIDENCE IN UNITED KINGDOM, WHERE APPLICABLE

3.1 pls say which parent is the one who is british citizenby descent and on whom the application is base
mother ? father? (and im confuse if it does apply to me)

and about bit history to help me ans the question
i am applying citizenship FORM (AN) (MNI) for my 9 year old child dependent.
my child carrying my single name...she is born in the Philippines and i am in category 3(5) for her application
shes been here with ME for there years now in THE UK
we come in the UK in spouse visa and shes my dependent as my 2 other kids are british by descent

anyone can give idea

Moy, Section 3 only needs to be filled up if the child's parent/s is of British descent. If not, then you need to go to Section 4 and not answer Section 3.

thanks sars but sec 4 asking about good character requirement? aged 10 and over my child is only 9 this year she be 10 next year
