hi guys anyone knows where i could download the BMD 001/007 form for my 1 yr old baby application to register her birth at consular british embassy manila. I didnt find it , my husband sent me a form which is BMD 001/012. Anyone knows about my concern.

hi robbie i cant open that page, i talk to my husband he said theres no other form he foundin the british embassy manila website so maybe the form bmd 001/012 we will filling up for my daughter registration... thanks guys

im using my tablet nd yes it has adobe...i try to open it on laptop..
