Hello Big Mac, we filed for the annulment on February 2010 and the court declared it null and void October 2011.
You will need around 180k pesos or more depending on the basis of the annulment
The petitioner needs to meet a psychologist since the report will be needed on the hearing, on my case my attorney chose the psychologist. Next the petitioner will need to attend at least twice or thrice court hearings.

Big mac:
Also, the signature of the ex husband is needed for the case to proceed, they will send him a subpoena and he just need to sign the court copy, he doesn't need to attend the court hearing.
Hope that helps, you may want to contact a Philippine based attorney to inquire, it will be better if your gf knows the atty so the process will be on time and her annulment will be prioritized.

You're right, we just realized that looking at all the documents the embassy returned. But, it gave no room for the clearance officer to question the validity of the relationship or the financial capabilities of my husband to support us. this forum helped us in so many ways and thats why I posted the list of docs we submitted just maybe I can also help someone
Thank you all once again
