Our model suggests that if we went to the polls today, Ed Miliband would gain 120 seats and become prime minister with a powerful majority of 106. (By comparison, Blair had a majority of 167 in 2001, cut to 67 in 2005.)

The Tories would lose 98 seats, down to 223, and the Lib Dems would lose more than half, down from 57 to 23.

Frankly Joe, it's totally irrelevant what went on in 1983 (when I was doing very nicely thankyou).

During their LAST 13 year spell in government the Labour party...or that stoopid name 'New Labour', had every opportunity to mould this country in whatever way they wished.

At the end of their reign of raiding the public purse and squandering taxpayers' money on wasteful and useless projects (true to form), as well as opening up our borders to every form of lowlife and human detritus, they left the country virtually bankrupt !

Enough is enough !

With that idiot leader of theirs in charge, they have NO chance of being re-elected, and thank goodness for that !

Totally agree.

It's more 'social' and lower-priced housing that is needed...for the RIGHT people to live in.

I'm sure many of us have benefitted from rising house prices over the years, but I don't think relying on increasing property values as a form of 'income' and credit has done this country any favours over the past 40+ years.

Believe me Joe, I know exactly what's going on within the NHS, as I said I deal with most of the major hospitals in the south and London as well as all of the big private hospitals in London.
I could literally save the NHS millions a year, but with their cut backs the money I could save them just gets diverted into a different budget
