Millions of toilet rolls ordered? Sounds like the Venezuelan government are caracas.

Personally I think it's a tissue of lies, but it has been driving me round the bend trying to flush out a link between paper and logs.
In the meantime, use newspapers for the purpose they're most suited to! .
