should my wife be applying for settlement or for citizenship
i need to know this because it asks when applying for the life in the uk test.
i got married to my wife in may 2010,
she came here on a spouse visa at the end of october 2011

She needs to apply for settlement or also known as ILR.

Start getting everything together in the none too distant future Tony, because the ILR application should be Septemberish!
