Hi Anne, i think you dont need to have chest x-ray from the other clinic, go directly to the UKBA approved clinic the International Organisation for Migration Health Centre.

TB screeening is a requirement for visa applications leading to a stay in UK of 6 months or more.
Without a satisfactory TB certificate from the UKBA approved clinic in Manila your visa will fall to refusal.

Take time to review the UKBA webpage here - Tuberculosis testing in the Philippines

As you scroll down you'll find details of the clinic.
Sadly that's the only clinic that UKBA will accept.

Just as a matter of interest, do your boys have British passports ?

If they do, they will not be subject to any of these regulations of course...only yourself.

Extract from the link I provided you in post #3:-

    Testing children

All children over 11 years old must be tested for tuberculosis.

If you are a parent or guardian of children under 11 years old you must bring your children to an approved clinic and complete a health questionnaire for them. The clinician will then decide, based on your answers, whether your child needs to be tested for tuberculosis. If the clinician decides not to test your child they will give you a certificate to say your child was not tested. This certificate must be submitted with your child's UK visa application.

All children under 16 years who are attending a clinic, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and bring the items listed in the 'Attending the clinic' section below....
