Terms and Conditions for International Business Class Fares:

Selling period for Sydney and Melbourne is May 1, 2013 to July 31, 2013. For Guangzhou, travel period is from June 1, 2013 onwards until further notice. For Brisbane, Darwin and Perth, travel period is from June 1, 2013 onwards until further notice.
Maximum stay of 1 year except for Sydney and Melbourne which is 3 months only
Inclusive of 7kg hand carry baggage and 30kg free baggage allowance. For Guam, the free baggage allowance is based on the piece-system rule which is maximum of 2 piece with each piece weighing not more than 50lbs.
Confirmed Travel reservations are required
Fares come with 100% Mabuhay Miles accrual
Infant fare is 10% of the adult fare
Fares are INCLUSIVE of surcharges, Government Taxes and Ticketing Service Charge but EXCLUSIVE of Terminal Fee (PHP550), Change Fee (USD 50/PHP 2,063)
Refund Fee for totally unused ticket USD 50/PHP2,063. Partially unused tickets are non-refundable.
All fares are non-reroutable
No Show Fee USD 100/PHP 4,125
Quoted fares are subject to change due to conversion rates.
Ticket is valid 1 year from date of travel.
Terms and Conditions for Domestic Business Class Fares:

Sales and Ticketing Period: May 05, 2013 until seats last. For Iloilo, travel period is from October 1, 2013 onwards until further notice. For Tagbilaran, travel period for PR175/176 is up to June 15, 2013 only. For General Santos to Iloilo, travel period is up to May 31, 2013.
For Tagbilaran, above fares are applicable only for flights PR171/172 and PR175/176.
Inclusive of 7kg hand carry baggage and 30kg free baggage allowance.
Fares come with 125% Mabuhay Miles accrual
Infant fare is 15% of the adult fare
Fares are INCLUSIVE of surcharges, Government Taxes, Ticketing Service Charge and PHP 200 Terminal Fee from Manila and Cebu
