More Romanian Metal Thieves
A gang of five metal thieves who targeted the Ribble Valley were caught after an alert householder noted their vehicle registration number.

Nice to see that they've been remanded in custody since July last year. No chance of them doing a bunk.
Another 12 months for each of the 14 offences would seem fair.
