Actually..That wiring looks pretty neat to me.. (for the Philippines)
At least they aint constantly creating road works coz they need to dig it up everyday!!!

Quite a bit better than we had in Japan
I wish I'd taken a photo of the wiring on the pole outside our house in Marikina.

See.the wires can be used for life rope during storms and floods.. Double purpose.
