    Look here also - Update to cuts/changes to legal aid for immigration advice:

    Here's a useful UKBA Guidance for Caseworkers called - Reconsiderations

    Please do bear in mind that formal Appeals are a legal process.
    Reconsiderations (unless part of the formal appeals process) are NOT. The UKBA are under no legal obligation to reconsider any refusal.

    thank you for the helpful post sir peter, its help a lot to me and i just got an idea to contact a free legal adviser.
