You should use the new application forms from 6 April 2013. But if you apply on the previous version of a form, we will accept it up to and including 27 April 2013. If you submit an application on or after 6 April 2013, we will consider it under the revised Immigration Rules which take effect on 6 April, regardless of which version of a form you use. Applications submitted on or after 6 April must be accompanied by the new fee. Applications submitted with the incorrect fee will not be accepted.
From 1 April 2013 the UK Border Agency was split into 2 separate units within the Home Office: an immigration and visa service and an immigration law enforcement division.
These organisational changes to the UK Border Agency do not affect the validity of any reference to the agency in any document or form on this website. The UK's Immigration Rules will also remain in force.

To be honest Peter I think you should be a immigration adviser if you can work that lot out.

Hi All,
I'm in the process of completing the application form for my wife and child to come over. I'm filling out VAF4A form along with appendix 2. I'm pretty sure I need to fill out separate application form each online. Do I need to fill out 2 appendixes to be sent back home too? I'm stuck with some questions too in appendix. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance guys!!!!

Hello Sir Terpe,
I am also in the process of completing my set(m) form because i am going to PEO next week. I am confuse on this section 8 (home and finances). It says here the income source, interval received (weekly/monthly) and amount. I am paid weekly as well as my husband. And he is receiving tax credit every month. Should I put in the weekly and monthly amounts or total monthly amount of wages? Hope this makes sense haha!
