This is a sickness that is dragging our country down when times are already so bad.

The UK Border Agency (UKBA) has penalised 328 companies for flouting the law and using cheap foreign labour from countries including India, Nigeria and Afghanistan.

Of the 328 companies fined, 130 were penalised in 2010, 117 in 2012 and 62 last year

Suggests UKBA are slacking. Should really consider outsourcing this work.

They'd be better employing some hard-nosed bailiffs working on commission-only with a good rate of pay.

That should flush a lot more of the cockroaches out...'Dog the Bounty Hunter' style....but no, it's tougher in this country to dodge a parking ticket, and wo betide you don't pay your council tax.
