Bulgarians would rather settle in Germany, Spain or Italy than Britain when immigration controls are lifted next year, the country's foreign minister has said.

1. Spain and Italy are skint so there's no point going there
2. Mr Mladenov is Bulgarian so is probably a lying scumbag politician
3. Wait till the Bulgarians hear what's on offer, they wont be able to resist coming here.
